Welcome to AmbiCube ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide software development, consultancy, and AI integration services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, AmbiCube retains all intellectual property rights for the generic code, libraries, and tools used to deliver the services. Client specific deliverables will be assigned to the Client upon full payment.
Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, AmbiCube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
